Made To Help Pty Ltd commenced in 2020 by Lesley (co-founder) and Milan (co-founder), since this time we have grown our Registered NDIS provider and proudly service over 90 participants on NDIS Scheme, across Melbourne and Rural Vic.

We commenced providing Direct Supports in 2023 onboarding several skilled support workers who we match specifically with participants based on skill, experience, and personality. We put the client’s needs first and will only service the client based on the hours they want, need, or have within their support budget.

Lesley has a background of Social Work Degree and has been working in Melbourne and Victoria since 2006, in the community sector and over this time she has seen extensive changes to our social services sector, moving from a nonprofit based model of care to Commonwealth run National Disability Insurance Scheme. The most progressive change being introduction of NDIS pilot program in 2015 and which rolled out across Melbourne, greater Victoria and Australia wide.

Our team have extensive knowledge in working with high needs participants, some of the people we work with have physical, neurological, complex mental health or autism diagnosis.

We work on the clients NDIS goals and work within budget constraints and rules of NDIS.

If participants are not being fairly met under the scheme, we will support you to seek a Plan Review by seeking multiple layers of evidence, resources all provided by credible sources.

We focus on a participant ‘strengths’ which means the things they excel, and we harness these abilities to propel them forward, providing them with feedback and ensure they understand the NDIS process and feel in control over outcomes.

Our experience with complex clients, has led us to form positive relationships with many other government sectors, such as DFFH (Department of Families, Fairness and Housing), other accommodation providers like Supported Residential Services.

We work with many existing schools funded by Education Department to support children on NDIS scheme and work closely alongside Child Protection Services supporting participants with dual disabilities.
