My extensive knowledge of different cultures allows me to understand and provide tailored support to empower and promote independence for NDIS participants. I am dedicated to building personal connections, whether it’s over a cup of tea, a shared activity, or a simple outing, to better understand and meet the specific needs of each individual.

Invoicing Rules
- Independent contractors are contacted by our Support Team via email with available job opportunities. Contractors may review these opportunities and respond to express their interest. Selection of jobs is entirely at the contractor’s discretion.
- All hours worked must be recorded in Careflo to maintain NDIS compliance and to support accurate invoicing and reporting.
- Contractors must submit their invoices weekly, based on hours completed from Monday to Sunday. Invoices should reference the corresponding week number (e.g., “2501” for Week 1 of 2025).
- Each Invoice must include your ABN

All individuals engaged under independent contractor agreements are self-employed and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Made To Help Pty Ltd. Contractors are responsible for managing their own work methods, tax obligations, insurance, and professional conduct. Opportunities to provide services are offered on a voluntary basis, and contractors retain full discretion over which opportunities they accept.
Contractor Pay Rates
The following service rates are offered to independent contractors providing support services. Rates vary depending on the day and time of service. Where required under ATO rules, Made To Help will manage superannuation contributions in accordance with the law.
