Made To Help Pty Ltd is a NDIS Registered business which began in 2020 with Milan Pintar as Director and Lesley Adamson as CEO. For the past five years, we have quickly grown since our first audit, providing Support Coordination (Level 2 and Specialist Support Coordination). We also have a direct supports arm, with a focus on participant strengths and a client focused experience.

• We specialize in knowledge and expertise about NDIS, we pride ourselves on ethics, compliance, and excellent service delivery.
• Servicing Melbourne & Rural Victoria with 110 clients to date.
• Lesley is a degree qualified Social Worker with 24 years’ experience in Aged care and Disability sector. Her leadership skills have been finely tuned over the course of her career, and she has seen lots of change within the disability sector. Lesley was privileged enough to be part of an NDIS role out in the NE (for then Department of Human Services) and assisted in transitioning Hundreds of clients from DHS bulk funding model to NDIS individualized funding, which was a very valuable learning experience.
• Her clinical background has been complex case management, Huntington’s disease, Neurological conditions, Physical disability and working alongside neuro diverse.
• We work closely with Department of Families, Fairness, and Housing and we work closely with Quality and Safeguards Insurance Scheme, insuring we continue to abide by ethical standards.
• We work closely with many different SIL and Disability Accommodation Services, and we work alongside Supported Residential Services.
• We have connected many participants with Disability Advocacy services.
