Support Workers - Contract Based -
- Send us your CV, NDIS Screening, Police check, Working with Children's check and 100-point ID. We also asked for a current driver's license, and you will need to an insured vehicle for use, for client transportation.
- We only take Support Workers who have Certificate 3 in Individual Support or Certificate 4 in Disability. We prefer 12 months plus, proven Support Worker Experience.
- We ask you to use a database to access your weekly schedule, and all shifts and KMs are signed off by the client and you are expected to write a case note for every shift, to ensure transparency.
- We offer a meet and greet for the participant and if they are happy to be matched with a new support worker. You will be paid for your support worker introduction time.
- Flexible working arrangements, let us know when you are free to accept work
- You will need to sign a Contract with MTH. We offer competitive rates, and you will need to supply an ABN. You will need to send an invoice weekly (with ABN) to accounts for your hours worked every week.
