Meet Our NDIS Support Team

Our team at Made To Help is a values-led group of NDIS support coordinators and recovery coaches led by CEO Lesley Adamson, who has worked in the community services sector since 2006. Our staff hold qualifications across social work, community services, mental health, aged care and disability, with specialist expertise in Level 2 and Level 3 NDIS Support Coordination and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching.

We practise in a person-centred, strength-based way. Our culturally and linguistically diverse team supports participants across Melbourne, Sunbury, Dandenong and regional Victoria with guidance suited to their circumstances, language and goals.
