Our team at Made To Help is a values-led group of NDIS support coordinators, plan managers and support workers led by CEO Lesley Adamson, who has worked in the community services sector since 2006. Our staff hold qualifications across social work, community services, mental health, aged care and disability support, with specialist expertise in Level 2 and Level 3 NDIS Support Coordination and Plan Management.
We practise in a person-centred, strength-based way. With a culturally and linguistically diverse team supporting more than 110 participants across Melbourne, Sunbury, Dandenong and regional Victoria, we carefully match every participant with NDIS support workers and coordinators who fit their personality, language and lifestyle.
